Learning LibraryNational Storytelling Festival to Air on Sirius XM
The International Storytelling Center is pleased to announce that portions of the 40th annual National Storytelling Festival will air on Sirius XM satellite radio!
The programming, Storytelling Radio, will be housed on Sirius channel 80 , the network’s Book Radio station. Storytelling Radio will run the following schedule:
Friday 10/19: 6am ET
Friday 10/19: 3pm ET
Friday 10/19: 4:30pm ET
Saturday 10/20: 10:30am ET
Saturday 10/20: 11:00am – 12:00pm ET
Sunday – 10/21: 9:00pm – 11:00pm ET
The 2012 Festival took place the first weekend of October in Jonesborough.
Listeners can tune in and hear stories they may have missed during the magical 2012 National Storytelling Festival. Sirius XM offers a free 30-day trial of their internet radio for those not already subscribers. To register for the free trial, visit www.sirius.com/30dayfreepass.
The 41st annual National Storytelling Festival will be held in Historic Jonesborough October 4–6, 2013. Tickets for the 2013 Festival are now available. For special preregistration discounts, buy before December 15, 2012 and enjoy savings on each ticket purchased.
