A storyteller from Northern Ireland, she has gained an international reputation while telling stories on five continents and at major international events, including the Marrakech International Storytelling Festival and the Sydney International Storytelling Conference. In 2019, Liz was awarded an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for her services to the arts and education.
