Virtual Storytelling Live FAQ's

There is a virtual show for each corresponding week during the Storytelling Live season, May through October, (20 weeks). Each show appears online on Friday at 2 pm ET and will remain available until the following Monday at midnight.

Go to the “Add a comment about your order” box on the checkout page in our webstore and put a name and email address for each person you want to receive a video link to the virtual series or show. You can also call customer service at (800) 952-8392.

  • You will receive your access link in an email from support@exposent.com.  It will contain your “Magic Link” to the event. This email will be sent on the morning of the event. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk, spam, social, bulk and promotions folders.
  • Once you receive the email, please click on the “Magic Link”.  This will take you to the event site where you will scroll down below the calendar and click on the video you purchased.
  • Also, you can view the videos by creating an account and logging into the site directly. To do this, you will create a password by clicking on your initials in the circle at the top right-hand corner of the page.  Click on the security tab, where you will create and confirm a password. If you have already done this for other International Storytelling Center concerts, you can use the same email and password.
  • Once your password is saved, click on the circle with your initials in it to return to the event site.
  • You can re-access the event by clicking on this link: https://app.expopass.com and putting in your email and password or you can click on the magic link from the email you receive each week.
  • We strongly recommend that you use Chrome as the internet browser on your computer as it will give you the best experience. Safari (Apple), Firefox, and the latest version of Microsoft Edge are other alternative browsers that will work on your computer. If you aren’t sure what browser you are using or if it’s up-to-date you can go here to check: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/.

Most likely, yes, however it ultimately depends on your television. It may require some special hardware such as a cord to connect your computer or laptop to your television, or a casting device such as Google Chromecast or an Amazon Fire TV Stick. For more information on these types of products and how to set up your television in this manner, contact your local tech store such as Best Buy.

Contact ISC customer service by emailing customerservice@storytellingcenter.net or calling 1-800-952-8392. Customer service hours are Monday thru Saturday, 9am to 5pm ET.
