Sample Language for Your Will or Trust
The following language may help you and your attorney when drawing up a bequest that meets your needs.
If you want to make an unrestricted gift to ISC in your will:
“I give to National Storytelling Association dba International Storytelling Center (EIN: 62-1014756), a nonprofit corporation currently located at 100 West Main Street, Jonesborough, Tennessee or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
If you are interested in supporting a specific project or program, it is best to discuss your plans with our Director of Development before completing your will to confirm that ISC can meet your wishes.
