Producer and host of Story Borealis, Ingrid Nixon is a world-traveling storyteller whose adventure nail-biters, tall tales, traditional, and personal stories whisk listeners of all ages away on journeys of the imagination. A former National Park Service ranger, Ingrid grew up on the trails of the Olympic Mountains in Washington State, but later discovered the wilds of Alaska, which she now calls home. Nixon is also a champion liar many times over, a claim that made her mother both proud and worried.
